Description
Rubber cultivation is part of the working agricultural landscape in Chamkar Leu and Stung Trang. Research maps document Chamkar Andong in Chamkar Leu; plantations are workplaces with separate landowners and access rules.
This is a district landscape guide, not a claim that one continuous plantation or visitor tour covers both districts. Historic guides often send travelers to Chup, which is now in Tboung Khmum and is outside this guide.

From Phnom Penh, travel toward Skun on National Road 6 and continue on National Road 7 to Kampong Cham. Buses, minivans and cars serve the city.
For Chamkar Leu & Stung Trang Rubber Landscapes, continue toward Chamkar Leu and Stung Trang districts. A car or motorbike covers the local road section; use the established approach for the final walk and keep a return vehicle for a countryside outing.

Public-road viewing does not include plantation or factory access. Ask the landowner or responsible operator for permission and agree on any guiding charge before a visit.
Things to Do
Observe the tree rows from public ground and, only with permission, ask a host to explain latex collection and processing. Do not touch tapping cuts, collection cups or machinery.

The city market and Mekong riverfront are useful for rice-noodle soup, grilled fish, rice dishes and snacks. Buy water before leaving for an island or rural temple.
Where to Stay
The Mekong riverfront and central Kampong Cham offer a convenient base for city walks and surrounding temple visits. Island stays need a specific accommodation booking.
Best Time to Visit
Morning or late afternoon is comfortable for outdoor city walking. Plan evening entertainment around the dated programme rather than a general daytime sightseeing schedule.

Stay on public roads unless the landowner invites you in. Follow workplace instructions and leave tapping equipment alone. No factory tour, opening time or visitor operator has been verified for this combined route.
