How to Get There

Take a tuk-tuk or car to the Phare big top on Ring Road near Sok San Road in Siem Reap. This is the Siem Reap evening venue, separate from the Phare Ponleu Selpak school in Battambang. Reach the ticket window before the seating time on your booking.

Admission

Standard adult seats are US$18 in Section C, US$28 in Section B and US$38 in Section A. Child prices depend on the seating category. Buy a dated performance ticket; this is separate from any Angkor pass.

Choose a production from the current official calendar and book the appropriate date and seating.

What to Eat

Try rice noodles, amok or a rice-and-vegetable meal around the Old Market or Wat Bo. Carry water and a snack for temple or lake excursions.

Where to Stay

Stay around the Old Market, Wat Bo or central Siem Reap River for restaurants and onward transport. Angkor and the lake villages are separate excursions from the city.

Best Time to Visit

Morning or late afternoon is comfortable for outdoor city walking. Plan evening entertainment around the dated programme rather than a general daytime sightseeing schedule.
